What is Vitarka Mudra? Vitarka Mudra is interpreted as a hand posture that promotes the energy of teaching and intellectual discussion or argumentation. The right arm is flexed and the hand is raised, palms facing forward. The circle formed by the thumb and index finger creates a constant flow of energy and information.
