For the best sound experience, it is important that the foot shell can vibrate freely. Make sure that your feet only touch the bottom of the shell. The more the toes of the feet come into contact with the walls of the bowl, the more the sound will be muffled. Therefore, the choice of bowl size should be based primarily on the shoe or foot size.
