Gift vouchers are wonderfully suitable for numerous occasions: Whether for a birthday, Christmas, for an anniversary or for the departure of a colleague: With a gift certificate from Ongnamo Versand you are always right.

The delivery of the voucher takes place exclusively by email.

Here's how to proceed:

First, select the appropriate template.
Specify the desired amount, which is between 10 and 1,000 EUR.
You can specify the name of the recipient.
Enter the email address of the recipient. If the voucher should not be sent directly to the recipient, enter your own email address here.
Optionally, you can select the delivery time (date) when the voucher will be sent. If you leave the field blank, the voucher will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately after payment is received, otherwise it will be sent automatically on the selected date.
You have the option to include a personal greeting text on the voucher. Please check in the preview if your text fits completely into the voucher, otherwise shorten it.

Redemption

To redeem the voucher, enter the voucher code when placing the order. Then the credit will be deducted from the order. If the credit is not completely used up, the voucher code can be used several times until the credit is used up.

If more purchases are made, the difference will be charged and processed through the normal order process.

Gift certificates and remaining gift certificate balances are redeemable until the end of the third year following the year of the gift certificate purchase.
