The Meditation Bench with Carrying Handle
The Meditation Bench BUDDHA offers two advantages with its carrying handle: 1. It is comfortable to transport and 2. The carrying handle cut-out results in a hollow, which relieves the crotch considerably.
The padding of the seat allows a high seating comfort even during prolonged meditation. The meditation bench BUDDHA is a perfect combination of functionality, ergonomics and design.

Seat Height
The seat is tilted forward and is 17 cm in height in front or 19 cm in the back.
You need a different height?
On request, our carpenter will make the bench for you with a higher seat - for even more comfortable sitting. Possibly, this slightly increases the seat area, as the feet are folded under the seat. The surcharge is 55.00 EUR incl. VAT. Please contact us.
Use and Practice
- The meditation bench was specially developed for the pleasant support of Meditation in the diamond seat (Vajrsana). The inclined seat tilts the pelvis forward, supports an upright posture, relieves the spine and ensures a ergonomically perfect posture. The deep abdominal breathing thus made possible is a prerequisite for healthy relaxation.
- For experienced people, the meditation bench is also suitable for meditation in half lotus seat.
- The meditation bench is also ideally suited for kneeling meditation (such as on church pews).
- The meditation bench also offers easy operability, a high seating comfort and high seating stability. Folding feet are secured by magnetic snaps and lock under the seat for transport or storage.
- Small packing dimensions due to foldable feet make the meditation bench an ideal companion for leisure, travel and vacation
Manufacture
- The meditation bench is made in Alsace by a specialized company in loving and traditional handwork. The carefully selected, hand-sanded wood is glued together (glued wood), which reduces the shrinkage of the wood to a minimum and the fabric on the cushions does not warp.
- Each meditation bench is thus a exclusive unique piece! All forms are Feng-Shui-fair designed.
