The frequencies of the Solar Plexus Bowl address the stomach and upper abdomen area during sound massage. It is lighter than the small Pelvic Singing Bowl, but larger than the Joint Bowl. Recommended for those who find the Pelvic Singing Bowl too heavy at the beginning of the treatment.
